A 5-watt 355 nm UV laser with a spot under 10 microns — it marks steel, glass, acrylic and wood without scorching, so your name comes out crisp on the first pass. Dual 48 MP cameras place it to 0.2 mm. We are the authorised xTool distributor in the Philippines, which is why the machine sits on our table and not at a vendor's.

How long does it take?
Single pieces are usually ready in 48 hours. Event packs (50+) take 3–7 days depending on size. Rush options available — just ask when you order.
What if it comes out wrong?
If the mark isn't right because of us — wrong spelling, off-centre, a defect — we remake it free. Custom is personal, and we treat it that way.
Can I see it before you make it?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof to approve before we engrave or print. For big orders, we can send a physical sample first.
Will the colour look exactly like my screen?
Engraving is a tonal etch: on a powder-coated tumbler the laser removes the coat to reveal raw steel, so every colourway marks a little differently. Full-colour print matches your art closely — we flag anything that won't translate.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum to start — order a single piece. Volume pricing kicks in at 50+ for events and 500+ for Markd Pro.
I'm an OFW abroad — can I order for delivery in the Philippines?
Yes. Order from anywhere, pay with GCash/Maya/card, and we deliver to your family in the Philippines. This is one of the things we do best.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized pieces are made for one person and can't be resold, so we don't take change-of-mind returns. Defects and our mistakes are always remade free.
